Membership Services:

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Membership Services Officer to join our team!

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great customer service and keeping the gym running smoothly during overnight and weekend shifts.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming and assisting members

• Handling membership enquiries and general admin

• Keeping the gym clean, tidy and welcoming

• Providing excellent customer service

• Ensuring the gym remains safe and secure

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable and reliable

• Confident communicating with members

• Able to work independently

• Available for overnight and/or weekend shifts

• First Aid & CPR Certified

• Previous gym or customer service experience is a bonus!

Essential Requirements for Trainers:

• First Aid Certification

• Cert III & IV in Personal Training

• (Cert III for Group Fitness Instructors)

• ABN

• Insurance
