This is not just a coaching role.

Genesis Maidstone is looking for a Head Coach / Coaching Lead who can deliver high-level sessions, lead from the front, and play an active role in driving member growth and retention.

This role is ideal for someone coming from a group training or boutique studio environment who is ready to step into a larger facility with more opportunity, structure, and impact.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality group and small group training sessions

• Driving member engagement, results, and retention

• Leading by example with energy, professionalism, and presence on the floor

• Supporting member onboarding and overall experience

And importantly:

• Identifying and driving upgrades into premium services

• Having confident, value-based conversations with members

• Contributing to club sales targets through referrals and engagement

• Supporting follow-up and outreach where required

About You

• Experienced coach with strong session delivery and presence

• Background in group training, boutique studios, or similar environments

• Naturally builds rapport and drives member engagement

• Comfortable with sales conversations and influencing member decisions

• Takes ownership of performance, not just coaching sessions

• Thrives in a structured, high-performance environment

Requirements

• Fitness qualification required

• Previous experience in coaching and/or studio leadership highly regarded

• Comfortable contributing to sales, upgrades, and member growth
