The Role
Are you ready to take your passion for fitness to the next level? As Head Coach, you’ll lead our Coaching Zone program and team of Coaches to deliver an exceptional experience to participants in our group personal training program. Utilise cutting-edge heart rate technology, and foster a supportive and fun community atmosphere using your passion, personality, and knowledge to inspire those around you.
Coaching Zone provides group personal training sessions for the beginner through to the advanced. Each session incorporates heart rate technology, helping participants better their performance time and time again. The guidance and support from our passionate coaches and our strong community atmosphere are what keep our members motivated and coming back for more.
As Head Coach, you’ll be responsible for the recruitment and development of Coaches, the growth and retention of members, onboarding new participants, and leading our Fitness Challenges in Coaching Zone.
You will deliver high-quality and engaging group training sessions across a variety of workout styles and empower participants to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Skills & Attributes
Exceptional communication and people skills
Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and inspirational and supportive member experiences
Ability to engage and coordinate a group of people in a small group training environment
Minimum Cert IV in Fitness
First Aid and CPR
The role is permanent part-time. Some early mornings and evening sessions are required. Flexibility and other opportunities available for the right candidate who may be seeking a full-time role.
The successful candidate must hold a minimum Certificate IV in Fitness, First Aid, CPR, Fitness Registration with an approved registration body, Working with Children Check and National Police Check on the commencement date.
