Healthy Fit is seeking an experienced personal trainer to join our reputable team and coach people in our semi-private personal training model - max 4 people per session with personalised programs.

Our services include semi-private personal training, one-on-one personal training, customised gym memberships, nutrition coaching, and access to our infrared sauna.
The Role:
As the new Personal Trainer at Healthy Fit, you will be required to:
Design and coach high-quality programs for clients in semi-private personal training sessions (max of 4 people with personalised programs) and one-on-one personal training sessions.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience and not just a workout.
Contribute to the daily growth of business, customer retention, customer education and customer acquisition.
Coordinate client bookings and appointments
Be able to work across some mornings, nights, and weekends (No split shifts)

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in strength training and injury rehabilitation.

Excellent time management and organisational skills
Will have a people-centric personality with strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
Skills Required:
Cert III & IV in Fitness as a minimum (higher education and/or experience is desirable)
Proven experience working as a personal trainer - minimum 12 months.
First Aid & CPR.
