Club Manager - Melbourne's Southeast

We are looking for a Club Manager with a passion for health and fitness and a drive for success.

The Role:

It’s imperative that you are sales focused, social media savvy and be full of energy.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, sales targets, retention, marketing, hiring and management of personal trainers, delivering top level customer service, building a community based culture in the club and the local community.

To stand out, you will need to have:

• A track record of setting, achieving and surpassing lead generation and sales targets.
• Solid marketing experience.
• Social media savvy.
• Success in outreach and community engagement (highly regarded).
• Outstanding customer service and people skills.
• Be a team player and be willing to learn and grow with the club.

To be considered successful in the role:

• First Aid and CPR Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
• Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
• Blue card
