    We’re looking for an ambitious, strategic and people-focused leader to join the HIIT Pilates HQ team as we grow our studios and expand through franchising across Australia.  

    Separating itself from the crowd, HIIT Pilates blends dynamic reformer Pilates with high-intensity intervals to deliver unique, results-driven, full-body sessions that are loved by thousands. With multiple corporate-owned and franchise studios (Rosebery, St Leonards, Waterloo, Surry Hills) and new franchise opportunities rolling out, we’re building a high-performing team to support our next chapter.  

    This newly created role offers a clear three-phase career progression pathway, increasing responsibility, and strong performance-based bonuses.  

    ABOUT THE ROLE  

    As the HIIT Pilates Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of both our corporate studios and our franchise network. Your responsibilities will evolve across three phases:  

    PHASE ONE: Studio Performance Manager  

    Supporting corporate-owned studios to grow deeply at a granular level 

    You will:  

    • Work closely with Studio Managers to optimise member growth, retention and day-to-day operations.  

    • Lead sales and overall revenue growth across the current HIIT Pilates Network - this is pivotal for our brand’s success.

    • Implement franchise support systems into operational studios that will then be rolled out across all future locations

    • Support studios with local marketing strategies, community engagement and member experience improvements.  

    • Identify performance gaps and implement training, processes and solutions to lift results.  

    • Deliver weekly performance insights across KPIs: capacity %, membership conversions, intro-offer funnel performance, and class experience consistency. 

    • Strengthen instructor performance through feedback loops, programming consistency and customer experience coaching. 

    • Champion HIIT Pilates’ signature class model, i.e. high-intensity intervals paired with athletic reformer programming, while ensuring best-in-class delivery every day.  

    PHASE TWO: Regional Performance Manager  

    Supporting franchise partners across regions to manage their own high-performing studios  

    As franchisees come onboard, your role expands to:  

    • Mentor and support franchise owners in running profitable, high-performance studios.  

    • Guide franchisees through the HIIT Pilates presale model to hit early membership milestones.  

    • Ensure brand, operational, and member experience standards are upheld across all locations.  

    • Provide benchmarking reports that highlight opportunities for financial,  operational and retention improvements.  

    • Solve strategic challenges across staƯing, scheduling, programming and local growth strategies.  

    • Lead regional performance check-ins, business coaching sessions and quarterly growth reviews.  

    • Support site selection and the successful opening of new studios.  

    Your focus shifts from granular studio operations to franchisee performance, empowerment and growth.  

    PHASE THREE: General Manager  

    Leading the full network - corporate studios, franchise partners, programs and national performance  

    In this phase, you will:  

    • Oversee the entire HIIT Pilates network across Australia.  

    • Lead national initiatives in operations, member experience, performance improvement and team culture.  

    • Partner closely with HQ (including the Founder) on growth strategy, franchise expansion and innovation. 

    • Support large-scale rollouts, including new technology, programming upgrades, training frameworks, and national challenges.  

    • Drive company-wide performance KPIs across member growth, retention, profitability and brand experience.  

    You become a key leader in shaping the future of the HIIT Pilates brand.  

    ABOUT YOU  

    We’re looking for a dynamic, driven leader who is passionate about health, fitness and high-performance environments.  

    You will thrive if you have:  

    • 3+ years fitness industry experience (studio management, performance coaching, operations or similar).  

    • Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.  

    • A passion for member experience and studio culture.  

    • Experience managing teams or supporting multiple sites.  

    • Strong understanding of business metrics (P&L literacy, membership funnels, KPIs).  

    • A solutions-oriented, growth-focused mindset.  

    • Exceptional time management and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively.  

    • A love of helping others succeed, whether Studio Managers or franchise partners.  

    Franchise or multi-site fitness experience is strongly preferred but not essential.
