We're Impact Movement Co, a growing group fitness studio based in Geelong, and we're looking for a driven, competitive and people-loving salesperson to join our team.

This isn't about robotic scripts, pushy sales tactics or convincing people to buy something they don't need.

It's about having genuine conversations with people who have already reached out for help, understanding what matters to them and helping them take the first step towards something better.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Remote, part-time position based in Australia, initially approximately 12 paid hours per week.

• Flexible working arrangements across agreed morning, lunchtime and afternoon calling windows, Monday to Friday.

• Guaranteed base pay + generous, uncapped performance-based commission.

• Connect with warm leads who have already enquired about joining us. No cold prospecting.

• Help prospective members take their first step through our 4-Week Intro Program.

• Reconnect with previous enquiries and manage your sales pipeline and follow-ups.

• Take ownership of your results and work towards clear sales targets.

• Receive structured training, a proven sales playbook, weekly coaching and ongoing support.

• You'll work directly with the business owner and have the freedom to bring your own personality and strengths to the role.

• We'll provide the tools, guidance and support. You bring the hunger, initiative and willingness to improve.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're not necessarily chasing someone with 10 years of sales experience.

If you've got a proven sales background, fantastic. But attitude, drive and the ability to connect with people matter more.

• Previous phone-based sales experience is an advantage, but not essential.

• Competitiveness, coachability, genuine care for people and a passion for health and fitness are non-negotiable.

WHO THIS ROLE ISN'T FOR

This probably isn't your role if you hate picking up the phone, avoid being measured on results, struggle with feedback or need constant supervision to get things done.

And if your idea of sales is pushing people into something they don't need, we're probably not your people.

We want someone who knows how to win without compromising their integrity.
