    $38 - $50 per hour

    Position Overview: Our coaching position is predominantly working one on one with clients. An enjoyment for group training would be a plus. Focus would be on an ability to motivate and inspire our member community, while providing and ensuring effective, safe and fun training with correct technique. The ability to tailor programs to individual fitness levels, goals, and limitations, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach

    What You’ll Bring:

    • A tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology.

    • Accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).

    • Strong ability to build rapport with clients

    • Great communication skills

    • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions and health needs.

    • Collaborate with our Head Exercise Physiologist, Administrators and Trainers.

    • Conduct patient history reviews and physical examinations.

    • Manage injuries effectively.

    • Deliver health and wellness initiatives.

    • Communicate clearly with patients and handle related administrative tasks.

    • Develop tailored exercise programs for chronic disease and injury management.

    • Monitor and adjust programs based on patient progress and feedback.

    • Educate patients on safe, effective exercise techniques.

    • Maintain accurate patient records.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology.

    • Accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).

    • Current First Aid and CPR certifications.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in computer skills and report writing.

    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
