We're looking for a driven, organised and fitness-passionate professional to take ownership of The Locker Room's ongoing development, operations and coach team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role at a growing facility and leave your mark on a program people genuinely love.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be the engine behind The Locker Room - keeping the program sharp, the community engaged, and the operations running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

    • Lead program development, session design, and delivery across The Locker Room (input coach / CloudFit)

    • Monitor attendance trends, manage LR Legends recognition, and drive member engagement

    • Plan and run Summits and community events

    • Own the onboarding experience for new Locker Room members and coaches

    • Recruit, onboard and train new coaches and instructors

    • Keep all SOPs current and signed off across the coaching team

    • Analyse member survey feedback and implement improvements

    • Create newsletter content, educational social posts, and monthly member testimonials

    • Coordinate Locker Room promotions with the front-of-house team

    • Manage equipment maintenance, facility cleanliness standards, and the YSD program

    • Handle trial call follow-ups and member retention conversations

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Certificate IV in Fitness or higher is required

    • Experience in fitness operations, personal training, strength coaching or a similar role

    • Strong understanding of strength & conditioning principles and group training formats

    • Organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities without hand-holding

    • Confident communicator - with members, coaches and management

    • Experience with computers, CloudFit or similar platforms (or quick to learn)

    • A genuine passion for community-driven fitness

    WHAT'S ON OFFER

    • Full-time permanent role with a competitive salary

    • Leadership of one of the Mornington Peninsula's most respected training programs

    • Full access to the facility - gym, recovery suite, café and all classes

    • Supportive management team and a culture built on performance and care

    • Real autonomy to shape and grow the program your way
