Member Experience Sales Coach - Input Health Hub

Input Health Hub isn't your average gym. Between The Locker Room, Reformer Pilates, group fitness, boxing, a saltwater pool and a full recovery suite, over 2,000 members come here to move better, feel better and genuinely live better. We need someone to be the very first real conversation people have with IHH. Not a script reader, not someone chasing a number on a whiteboard, but someone who listens, shows people around a facility they'll walk out excited about, and helps them land in the membership that actually fits their life.

WHAT THE ROLE ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

• You'll run tours and trial conversations where the member does most of the talking, because that's how you find out what they actually need.

• Every enquiry gets a call from you, quickly, warmly, and you'll follow up in a way that people notice and appreciate rather than dread.

• You'll own the full follow-up journey from first hello through to signed member, keeping everything up to date in our CRM so nothing and no one falls through the cracks.

• You've got ideas, and we want them. If you spot a way to get more of Frankston through our doors, we're listening.

• You'll work closely with our coaches and retention team, so new members don't just join, they stay.

• You'll help shape how people experience a facility that takes recovery just as seriously as training.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

• $32–$36 per hour, plus super, plus commission (full-time equivalent approx. $63,000–$71,000 based on a 38-hour week)

• IHH membership, so you can train, recover and use the facility like our members do

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Some background in sales, membership, hospitality, beauty or fitness where you've dealt with real people, not just processes.

• Comfort with a CRM (we use GoHighLevel, full training provided).

• A personality for building rapport fast, with all kinds of people.

• Follow-up habits that are genuinely reliable, not just well-intentioned.

• A real interest in training and recovery. Already deep into that world? Great. Curious and keen to learn? We'll back you in.

• Comfortable speaking on camera is a bonus, not a requirement, but it will help.

THE DETAILS

• Part-time or full-time

• Roster runs Sunday to Thursday, with evenings and one weekend day included, because our members aren't just around 9 to 5, and neither are we.

• Base salary depending on experience, plus commission.

• Based at 224 Cranbourne Road, Frankston VIC 3199.
