The Role
As Studio Manager at K2 Max Northcote, you'll be a key leader in creating an aspirational, inclusive space that embodies our "Live Your Peak" ethos.
Your responsibilities will include:
Be involved in pre-sales ahead of our official launch!
Contributing to dynamic group fitness classes in our altitude-simulated environment, ensuring every session is energetic, science-backed, and tailored for maximum impact.
Assisting with lead generation, sales, and member retention through proactive outreach and personalised engagement.
Overseeing daily studio operations and maintaining a top-tier facility.
Collaborating with a dedicated team focused on programming and marketing to elevate our brand and member experience.
Hiring, training, and managing a team of coaches to foster a supportive, high-performing culture.
Delivering exceptional customer service and building a vibrant community where members feel motivated to go further together.
The Benefits
Full-Time Permanent Opportunity
Competitive Salary $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation (based on skills and experience)
Flexible hours - primarily weekday focus, with weekend commitments as needed

To Stand Out, You’ll Need
Proven experience managing a fitness studio or centre, with hands-on expertise in operations, promotions, and leading classes.
A track record of achieving lead generation and sales targets in a fitness or wellness environment.
Success in outreach and building local partnerships (highly regarded).
Forward-thinking planning skills to drive studio success and adapt to challenges.
Outstanding people skills and customer service to create inclusive, motivating experiences.
Excellent leadership to inspire your team and members alike.
Keen eye for detail and solid administrative abilities.
A team-player mindset with a brave, aspirational drive to learn, grow, and push limits.
Ability to contribute to social content and operationally savvy with experience in membership sales and technology to coordinate running of the studio.
