Some trainers teach the class.
Others hold the room.
They notice how someone moves.
They know when to encourage, when to reassure, and when to quietly support.
They understand how a body is meant to feel, not just how an exercise is meant to look.
If you’re reading this and thinking, “That’s me”, keep going.
Because we’re not hiring for a casual role.
We’re building a core team of professional trainers.
The Role
This is a part-time position with consistent, guaranteed hours across our St Marys and Blackwood studios.
This isn’t:
Picking up random classes
Filling gaps in your schedule
A short-term stepping stone
This is for someone who wants to:
Be part of a stable, long-term team
Build real relationships with clients
Grow as a trainer and professional
About Us
At KX Pilates St Marys & Blackwood, we work with real people, not “fitness industry ideals.”
Women who are:
Juggling work, kids, and life
Dealing with stiffness, fatigue, and loss of strength
Wanting to feel like themselves again
They don’t need a performer.
They need a trainer who sees them, supports them, and helps them rebuild confidence.
Who This Is For
You’ll thrive here if:
You’re a fully qualified Reformer Pilates trainer (non-negotiable)
You’re looking for consistent weekly hours (minimum 8 hours/week)
You have consistent availability across the week (weekday and/or weekend availability welcomed)
You genuinely enjoy connecting with clients before and after class
You’re coachable, open to feedback, and committed to improving
You want to stay and grow, not just pass through
This Role Is NOT For You If:
(This is where we filter 👇)
You’re looking for casual/backup work only
You’re juggling multiple studios and can’t commit to consistent availability
You’re more focused on your own training than your clients’ experience
You’re not available on weekends
You’re not fully qualified in Reformer Pilates
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering high-quality, full-body 50-minute classes
Creating a welcoming, supportive environment every session
Building relationships with clients (this matters just as much as coaching)
Contributing to a positive, team-first studio culture
What We Offer
Part-time role with guaranteed, consistent hours
Opportunity to work across two established studios
A supportive, high-standard team environment
Ongoing mentoring and development
Clear pathway to grow within the business
Free KX classes
Most importantly:
You’ll be part of a studio where trainers are respected, supported, and proud of the work they do.
