Our well-established personal training studio located in Ramsgate is seeking our next passionate Personal Trainer to join the team.

For 18 years, Live Well has been an independent personal training studio in the St George and Eastern Suburbs and has thrived in the competitive fitness industry through our coach mentoring and retention program.

Our vision is to create a positive movement in the community by helping our members be happy, healthy role models whilst also providing specialised support with other allied health professionals to accommodate NDIS participants through our registration as an NDIS Provider. Live Well also has strong connections to local hospitals that provide exercise programs for members of the community who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and Osteoporosis.

As part of our team, you will have an amazing opportunity to:

    • Increase your knowledge in the health & fitness industry

    • Develop and refine your coaching skills, we want you to coach, not instruct.

    • Make a difference in others’ lives on a daily basis

    • Mentor fellow coaches as you progress

    • Move into a full-time position

    • Connect with fellow small business owners through our networking relationships

    • Operate your own studio with the ability to have flexible working hours with our planned expansion into new territories.

All of these opportunities can be achieved without paying rent, EVER! This allows you to focus on becoming an amazing coach without the stress of making rent each week. You will be working with the other coaches and not against them to help build a strong member base.

    The role includes:

    • Running personalised one-on-one and small team training sessions programmed by you

    • Coaching members to elevate their nutrition, mindset and lifestyle

    • Working as part of a growing team to reach our goals through systems in place that have delivered success over the last 18 years.

Industry experience is not required as we do in-house training to up-skill, therefore, we look for attitude over skills. However, experience will be a factor in considering the successful applicants.

    You must have

    • Full rights to work in Australia

    • Minimum Cert IV in Fitness (or equivalent)

    • Basic MS Office skills

    • Valid First Aid & CPR

    • Personal training experience of 1 year (Preferred)

    Job Type: Casual

    Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour

    Benefits:

    • Employee mentoring program

    • Gym membership

    • Weekly retainer to get started

    • Potential full-time employment

    Who this role ISN'T for:

    • Personal Trainers who just want to punch in and out, doing the bare minimum

    • Personal Trainers who only enjoy training but not the personal work with clients to help them make real change

    • Personal Trainers who aren't willing to work in a team and be held accountable to the overall team results

Live Well will provide a retainer for the first 6 weeks of your initial employment, allowing you to build up your roster and learn how to succeed as a coach through our mentoring program.

If you think this role is for you, then please submit your resume for the job to proceed to the next step of becoming a coach at Live Well.
