OsteoStrong Session Coaches are qualified health and wellness professionals with a special interest in bone health, strength, well-being and bio-hacking. All OsteoStrong session coaches undergo comprehensive in-house training and certification in the use of our patented technologies.
Your primary role as a Session Coach is to provide personalised guidance and support for our members and to ensure members perform the exercises correctly and safely.
Osteostrong Hobart is currently looking for 3 part-time coaches to start ASAP.
About the role:
You’ll perform baseline and follow-up testing, assessing members’ individual needs, setting appropriate intensity levels, and offering encouragement to help members achieve their strength and bone health goals. Throughout sessions, you’ll maintain a positive and motivating environment, showing compassion and enthusiasm for members on their health journey.
To start you on your journey with us, we provide initial on-site training in Melbourne - we cover accommodation, travel, $50 per day meal allowances, and paid on-site training while in Melbourne, along with 10 hours of paid online training before you go.
Once qualified, as well as 1:1 coaching for members, your duties will include;
Maintaining up-to-date member records
Deliver incredible customer service experiences
Participate in networking, promotion & member events
Deliver a discovery session to engage new members

Requirements:
Allied health, exercise, fitness or wellness credentials are highly desirable.

Our centre hours vary across the week. The roster includes an evening and a Saturday morning on a rotational basis.
If successful, you will need to complete approximately 10 hours of paid online training (flexible) plus a week of paid onsite training.
On-site training will be conducted in Melbourne.
