Parkside Pilates is looking for a warm, confident, and people-focused Sales Specialist to help new clients begin their Pilates journey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, loves helping others, and knows how powerful Pilates can be.

The Role

• Call warm and cold leads to sell our 28-Day Core Reboot

• Reconnect former clients and nurture new ones

• Convert new clients into ongoing members (with bonus commission!)

• Work 15–20 hours per week (flexible hours)

• Weekly performance check-ins in-studio (Earlwood)

You Are:

• Empathetic, persuasive, and deeply motivated by helping others

• A natural communicator who can build trust quickly

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently

• Ideally from a sales, health, fitness, or client services background

• A lover of movement, Pilates, or the wellness space

We Offer:

• $26-28/hr + $50 commission per sale
