About Peachi Personal Training
Based in Reservoir, Peachi PT is a high calibre and vibrant fitness community specialising in functional movement, movement restoration and injury rehabilitation. We provide the highest quality coaching across semi-private personal training, group training and one-on-one training, and since 2011 have established a reputation for fostering a space where every body feels welcomed, safe and supported; where people of all fitness levels, body shapes, backgrounds and abilities work together and leave every session feeling amazing!
As a coaching team, we are committed to providing next-level personalised support and coaching to every member - for us it’s all about improving our client’s mobility and movement, figuring out what makes them tick when it comes to exercise, and helping them enjoy the process, stick with it for the long term and get sustainable results.
The founder of Peachi PT has 15 years + coaching experience and also facilitates professional development courses in the industry, so education and ever-evolving education is at the core of our values, and the coaches work together to share knowledge and skills as a team.
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated coach who wants to be part of a team that values community, ongoing education and always strives to provide world class coaching and support.
The successful candidate will be programming and delivering semi-private and group training sessions, and will also conduct functional movement screenings and one-on-one sessions with new members. Alongside session delivery, our coaches manage and support a group of clients with accountability and goal setting, and also work as a team to facilitate events within our community.
Coaches with all levels of experience are encouraged to apply as extensive training and mentoring will be provided.
The following attributes are necessary in the successful applicant:
Clear and confident communication skills with all personality types
Motivation to continually develop and grow their skills and knowledge
Interest in both functional and traditional resistance training
Dedication to lead by example and go the extra mile to support members at all levels
Available to coach both mornings (6am - 8am or 10:30am) and evenings (4:30pm - 8:30pm).
The following attributes are desirable:
Available to coach regular, ongoing Saturday morning shifts.
Education in perimenopause and menopause training (or interest in developing knowledge in this area).
