PPT is a coaching-first business based in Gregory Hills and Harrington Park. We coach one-on-one, in semi-private sessions, and in small group classes, and we do it at a level we're genuinely proud of.
The role
Position: Part-Time Personal Trainer
Hours: 20-25 guaranteed hours per week. Saturday is non-negotiable.
Pay: $41-$44 per hour (inclusive of super) + performance bonuses
Location: PPT Gregory Hills, NSW

This is for you if
You have at least 12 months of real-world personal training experience
You are comfortable coaching individuals within a small group setting, managing multiple people at once while maintaining individual attention and standards.
You take your own training as seriously as you take your clients'
You want to be part of a high-performing team and build a long-term career in this industry.
You believe that what we do genuinely changes people's lives, and you want to be somewhere that lets you prove it.
This is not for you if you're looking for a base to build your own business, you're not ready to be part of a team, or you're not prepared to be held to an elite standard every session.
