Pineapple Fitness is a women’s strength and conditioning facility based in Newcastle, NSW. We run a high-quality SGPT (Small Group Personal Training) model that blends education, strength training, health and community.
We believe in training for decades, not weeks; strength as a foundation for physical and mental resilience; and a coaching culture built on high standards, heart, and humour.
2026 marks an exciting new chapter for Pineapple Fitness. The business has recently changed hands and is evolving with a clear vision, refreshed brand, and big plans for growth. We’re building a coaching team that’s capable, committed, and ready to shape something special and you’ll play a part in that.
This role is a unique opportunity for a coach who wants to grow, learn, and contribute. You’ll coach within a world-class SGPT framework, receive ongoing development, and be part of a supportive, driven team.
Whether you're early in your coaching career, relocating to Newcastle, or simply ready to level up, this could be the ideal next step.
Deliver world-class coaching that helps women get stronger for life, create an exceptional member experience, and actively contribute to the growth and culture of Pineapple Fitness.
