Play Pilates is a boutique Reformer and Mat Pilates studio where movement meets purpose. Our thoughtfully designed, community-focused space offers a modern, inclusive Pilates experience for all fitness levels located in the heart of Macquarie Park.

Alongside our studio, we also offer a dedicated Wellness Room to support body and mind recovery, featuring an Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Compression Recovery.

Qualifications

• Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates

• Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate

Requirements

• A genuine passion for Pilates and helping others move well

• Strong knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Organised, self-motivated, and able to multitask

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Passion for building something meaningful and being part of a growing studio

Your Responsibilities

• Lead safe, high-quality Pilates classes with energy and professionalism

• Deliver individualised support and instruction in a group setting

• Maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment for all clients

• Follow studio procedures and uphold cleanliness and equipment care

• Represent Play Pilates at studio events and in the local community

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and complete ongoing training

• Provide exceptional customer service and engagement

• Be a contributor to a fun, high-performance team
