Key Responsibilities:
Management: Support management of a growing team, including Club Managers, Receptionists, Salespeople and Personal Trainers.
Reporting: Compile and deliver sales and KPI reports accurately and on time.
Operations and Admin: Work directly with the owner across business operations, stakeholder management, reporting and problem-solving.
Front of House: New member enquiries in person and phone, email management and admin.
To be successful with your application:
You will demonstrate a high attention to detail, accountability and consistent follow-through.
An analytical approach and background in law, accounting or business will be looked upon favorably.
A minimum of 2-3 years full-time work in law, accounting, management, reception or business is required.
The role will begin in a casual capacity (10-15 hours per week) with scope to increase hours with proven performance.
