Under the supervision of our award-winning management team, you'll coordinate the team's social media and drive us to the highest quality social media content in Melbourne!

Responsibilities will include;

• Ideas: Creative content creation.
• Filming: Filming content of members, staff and yourself.
• Editing: Professional quality cutting/editing of content, ready to be posted to Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook and Meta Ads.
• Meet KPI's: You will be required to meet a KPI of posts and stories completed each week. If this is exceeded there is room for bonuses.

To be successful with your application you will need to demonstrate proven success on social media in the past, including a portfolio of your work (this could be an Instagram page or similar). You will also need to display positive energy, a team mindset and maturity.

Availability for a variety of different shift times is ideal, Monday and Tuesday nights in particular.

The role will begin as a casual position (6-8 hours per week), paying over $30/hour + Potential Bonuses for exceeding KPI's.
