Sales Manager - Plus Fitness 24/7 Gordon

Plus Fitness Gordon is part of a franchised network of 250 gyms. The Gordon branch is currently in an expansion phase and will be moving to bigger premises, with brand new equipment and luxurious fit-out, in December.

Our purpose is to encourage people from all walks of life to lead a healthy lifestyle. We believe in promoting health and fitness with no judgment.

We have a relaxed office environment. Our team is vibrant, young and progressive. You will attend weekly and quarterly training to further develop your sales & management skills.

Generous base + super + bonus (OTE $65,000pa - $90,000pa). Profit share and part ownership of the club is your career progression.

Your daily tasks:

1. Implement lead generation strategies.
2. Implement our tried & tested sales process - needs analysis, tour and close.
3. Membership retention by engaging with members on the gym floor, showing how to use equipment, tips and techniques. A love for fitness and exercise is a must.

The successful candidate will have:

1. Natural confidence & willingness to help others.
2. Sales experience - 3 years preferred.
3. Ability to communicate with people from all walks of life. A friendly disposition is a must.
