Are you pursuing a degree in Exercise Sports Science, or do you hold Certificates III & IV in Fitness? If you're passionate about fitness and committed to helping others achieve their goals, we want you as our next Assistant Club Manager / Club Manager at Rec Xpress Oakleigh!

We have a permanent part-time position available for an individual who wants to gain or progress their existing experience in the fitness industry.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Area Manager and lead daily club operations, sales efforts, and membership retention. They will also help maintain a safe and clean gym floor and, most importantly, bring positive, motivating energy to our gym and the local community.

• Exude a vibrant personality and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, transactions and billing
• Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate outstanding organizational skills
• Thrive in both team settings and independent roles
• Flexible working hours: Including a mix of morning, early evenings & Saturday mornings
• Hold current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Working with Children's Check

* BONUS Possess Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent) or studying Bachelor of Exercise Sports Science.
