Revolution Personal Training is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach to deliver personal training, semi-private (1:4) coaching and small group sessions within our structured coaching environment in South Melbourne.
This is an ideal opportunity for a coach or Exercise Science graduate who wants to develop their coaching career in a professional strength and conditioning studio rather than a typical commercial gym.
RevoPT has been helping members achieve long-term health and performance results since 2004 through evidence-based coaching, personalised training and strong professional standards.
Revolution Personal Training is a well-established strength and conditioning studio located in South Melbourne.
Our coaching model focuses on:
• Personal training
• Semi-private coaching (1:4 coach-to-client ratio)
• Small group training (maximum 12 participants)
Sessions are appointment-based and delivered using structured programming designed by experienced coaches, with a strong emphasis on movement quality, strength development and long-term member progress.
Our team consists of tertiary-qualified coaches who are passionate about delivering professional, evidence-based coaching in a supportive environment.
As a Casual Coach, your primary focus will be delivering high-quality coaching sessions and supporting members in achieving their health and performance goals.
Responsibilities include:
• Delivering personal training sessions
• Coaching semi-private training sessions (1:4)
• Coaching small group training sessions
• Teaching proper exercise technique and movement patterns
• Supporting members to train safely and consistently
• Contributing to the positive culture within the studio
• Has strong coaching fundamentals and technical knowledge
• Enjoys coaching strength training and movement quality
• Is passionate about helping people improve their health and performance
• Wants to develop as a coach within a structured coaching environment
• Enjoys being part of a collaborative coaching team
• Values professionalism, reliability and strong communication
• Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum requirement)
• First Aid & CPR certification
• Experience delivering personal training or small group coaching preferred
• Exercise Science or related tertiary qualification highly regarded

• Casual coaching shifts available
• Typical shift times: early mornings (6am–10am) and evenings (4pm–7pm)
• Casual hourly coaching rate: $35–$50 per hour depending on experience
