    About the Role:

    The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations, driving membership sales, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and leading a team of fitness professionals and front desk staff. The GM plays a crucial role in building a strong studio culture, maximizing revenue, and maintaining operational excellence.

    We are seeking a highly motivated GM with a passion for fitness and a knack for effective communication. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients and nurture leads to book them in for their first appointment, re-engage missed sales, and follow up on no-shows.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Nurturing: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce them to the Rumble experience and book them in for their first appointment.

    • Missed Sales Follow-Up: Call leads who showed initial interest but did not sign up, addressing their concerns and encouraging them to join.

    • No-Show Engagement: Contact no-shows to reschedule appointments and keep them engaged with Rumble.

    • High-Volume Outreach: Make 100 calls per day to effectively nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities.

    • CRM Management: Accurately record call outcomes and follow-up tasks in our CRM system to maintain an organized sales pipeline.

    • Studio Operations: Manage daily operations, ensure smooth class scheduling, and uphold Rumble’s brand standards.

    • Sales & Membership Growth: Drive new memberships, retain existing members, and execute marketing strategies to grow revenue.

    • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage studio staff, including front desk associates and trainers. Foster a motivating and supportive work environment.

    • Customer Experience: Deliver a best-in-class experience for all members, addressing concerns and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

    • Financial Management: Track and manage studio performance metrics, revenue goals, and operational budgets.

    • Community Engagement: Develop local partnerships and engage with the community to increase brand awareness.

    • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and equipped with everything needed for top-quality classes.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 2+ years of experience in fitness studio management, hospitality, or a related field.

    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Proven track record in sales, customer service, and staff development.

    • Passion for fitness and community engagement.

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

    • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed daily call targets and sales goals.

    • Able to manage a high volume of calls and maintain detailed records of client interactions.

    • Collaborative and willing to work closely with the Rumble team to achieve sales targets.

    • Experience working with club-ready software preferable, but not required
