Fitness Manager/Head Trainer - Skygym Gymea

Skygym has been delivering A1 customer service to our clients for over 3 years. The Facility is about to undergo a significant upgrade, adding in "new" pin and plate-loaded equipment areas + a new lifefitness cardio section to enhance our member experience. As a progressive fitness business, we are committed to member results and phenomenal customer service.

Located in the heart of Gymea, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Head Coach / Fitness Manager.

The successful applicant must possess awesome customer service and leadership skills, and ideally have 12 months of experience in a similar position within the fitness industry

About The Role:

• Leading/coaching high-energy group training sessions with a high level of member one-on-one engagement

• Lead and Manage our trainers and contractors

• Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained

• High-level interaction with members, staff, and contractors

• Engaging & Creating a fun/engaging training environment

• Salary: Base $60k - OTE 75k

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness

• Current First Aid & CPR and working with children check

• Leadership and Management Experience (Essential)

• Experience in membership sales and administrative tasks (Desirable)
