    $60,000 - $70,000 per year

    We are looking for a confident and hardworking individual for the position of Roving Assistant Manager for Snap Fitness Merrylands and Snap Fitness Minto, driving sales, managing staff and making it their own. The role will primarily be based at Merrylands, but will require relief work at our other club at Minto.

    Our clubs are located in the heart of Merrylands and Minto and are a part of one of the fastest-growing 24-hour gyms worldwide!!!

    As the Assistant Manager, your duties would include:

    • Assist Club Managers at 2 or more clubs within our group

    • Marketing & Lead Generation

    • Drive sales

    • Revenue Growth

    • Net Profit Growth

    • Member Experience

    • Compliance with Snap Systems and Processes

    • Manage staff and memberships

    • Keep up with daily tasks and maintenance of the gym

    To be successful, you will have:

    • Strong knowledge of local marketing initiatives, in particular, social media campaigns

    • Demonstrated experience in customer service & satisfaction

    • Demonstrated achievement in people management, decreasing staff turnover, and improving staff satisfaction

    • Proven outcomes in driving fitness program offerings across a multi-site business 

    • Demonstrated experience in overseeing facility management activities that result in managed clubs being safe, clean, and well-maintained

    • Demonstrated experience implementing national and local marketing plans to increase lead volume

    • Proven results in designing and implementing strategies to increase membership size and achieve profit growth

    • Tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce or strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in a similar environment (e.g. fitness, retail, etc.) will be highly regarded.

    Applicants must have;

    • Cert III & IV Fitness

    • Current Senior First Aid & CPR

    • Police/Working with Children Check
