Performance-Based Growth That Rewards Excellence
Start at $39/hour and progress to $55/hour as you complete training milestones in our health pillars: programming, nutrition, and women's health. Your progression is based on the results you get for clients and how you contribute to our business and mission. This isn't about time served - it's about becoming exceptional.
Work-Life Balance That's Actually Real
We understand the importance of work-life balance and will work closely with you to create an optimal timetable. Our trainers work between 20-40 hours per week, seeing 10-25 clients in a mix of 1-on-1 and small group sessions. You'll spend about 80% of your time coaching and 20% on professional development, team meetings, and community building. We cap client loads so you never feel stretched thin and can give your best to every session.
What You'll Do (And Why It Matters)
Transform Lives Through Personalised Coaching
Conduct 1-on-1 and group training sessions tailored to individual needs and goals. You'll provide expert guidance on proper exercise techniques and nutrition to optimise results - but more importantly, you'll help women understand their bodies and reclaim their power.
Become a Holistic Health Expert
Coach our members on topics that most trainers never touch: hormonal health, nutrition, pelvic floor function, mental well-being, and key health practices. You'll ensure our members have the knowledge to make informed, empowered decisions about their health - not just follow a program blindly.
Build a Community, Not Just a Client List
Create and nurture a supportive, inclusive environment where women feel they belong. You'll build meaningful relationships, offer encouragement and support throughout their fitness journeys, and foster a sense of empowerment that extends far beyond the gym floor.
Educate and Inspire
Contribute to and potentially lead workshops that educate our members about fitness, nutrition, women's health, and overall wellness. Your expertise will empower our clients to make informed choices. This may extend to weekend events that enhance our members' experience and deepen community connection.
Be Part of a High-Performance Team
Contribute to weekly team meetings, support your colleagues, and assist with the general upkeep of the studio. We win together, we learn together, and we grow together.
Never Stop Growing
Continuously research industry best practices and implement new methodologies aligned with our objectives. Stay updated on the latest in women's health and fitness, and incorporate innovative training methods into our programs. We'll subsidise your personal and professional development because we're invested in you becoming the best.
Optional Opportunities to Expand Your Impact:
Content Creation: Craft engaging content for our social media platforms, blogs, and websites. Help us inspire and connect with our online community and build your reputation as a recognised expert in women's strength training.
Business Development: Create new business opportunities and contribute to marketing projects to ensure we continually build our community and spread our message.
Your First 3-6 Months: What to Expect
We don't throw you in the deep end. New trainers go through a structured 6-12 week onboarding where you'll shadow experienced coaches, complete our induction with training modules, and gradually build your client base.
You'll be paired with a mentor coach who meets with you weekly, and you'll attend our team meetings. By month 3, you're fully integrated and running your own sessions while continuing your education in our advanced modules.
This is where you transform from a good trainer into an exceptional coach.
Where You Could Be in 2-3 Years
Our best trainers have opportunities to become senior coaches who mentor new team members, lead our signature workshops and programs, or even move into leadership roles helping shape the direction of the business.

What You Need to Bring
Essential:
A commitment to your own strength training
Certificate III and IV qualifications in Fitness
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Genuine passion for helping women improve their physical and mental well-being
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
A deep understanding of women's health issues and a commitment to promoting holistic well-being
Motivational attitude with a commitment to enhancing the client experience
Strong organisational skills and adaptability
Experience in strength training and knowledge of popular training methods and techniques
Desirable:
At least one year of experience training paying clients
