    ABOUT THE ASSISTANT CLUB MANAGER ROLE:

    We are looking for a Casual Assistant Club Manager who has demonstrated experience in a similar position. The right candidate will assist the Club Manager with day-to-day club operations, help drive sales and grow the gym's membership base, help provide a safe, clean gym floor for members to train in, and bring fun, motivating energy to our growing gym community.

    We are entering into a very exciting time in the next few months as we are getting ready to open!

    We’re looking for someone who:

    • Demonstrates their passion for health and fitness;

    • Believes in and upholds our vision and values;

    • Participates and listens; and

    • Does their absolute best in achieving results for themselves, their team and Summit members.

    As the successful candidate, you’ll have:

    • Minimum Certificate 3 in Fitness required

    • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

    • The ability to work and communicate with a wide range of people

    • Excellent customer service and people skills

    • The ability to work well both autonomously and as part of a team

    • The ability to contribute to a vibrant, fun and positive gym environment
