About Us

Tara Pilates is a community-focused Reformer and Mat Pilates School. Applying the Pilates method to strengthen what is weak and to challenge what is strong. Teaching movement with intention and purpose.

Tara Pilates has been established and creating impact for 17 years. The Tara Pilates Studio sits in the heart of the quaint Kurrajong village and is immaculately presented with 'state of the art' Peak Deluxe Reformers offering an inclusive Pilates experience for all fitness levels.

As well as our Studio Space, we also conduct multiple weekly group Pilates Mat sessions conveniently a couple of doors down in the charming CWA Community Hall.

Qualifications

• Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates  

• First aid and CPR

• Insurance

Requirements

• High personal standards. A genuine passion for Pilates and Anatomy, and to help people move well and understand movement in their own body.

• Excellent communication skills

• Preference is for 3 years PLUS experience

• Organised

• Self motivated

• Punctual

• A Team Player - available for team meetings 

• A passion for building a meaningful, thriving Studio

Your Responsibilities

• Lead safe and supportive private and semi-private Reformer (up to 4 persons) sessions.

• Lead safe and supportive group Mat Sessions

• Deliver all Pilates classes with personalised supported instruction.

• Follow all studio procedures including cleaning apparatus.

• Represent Tara Pilates at all times.

• Stay up to date with Pilates knowledge, Industry trends  and continue on-going training

• Provide exceptional customer service and engagement

• Be an integral part of a high performing Team
