Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer - Full time & Casual positions

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer to join the team @ The EMS Hub! Located in East Gosford, with another studio in Hornsby, we're passionate about people! Our look is quite fresh, and the studio vibe is quite the same, however, the business is not as new as it might seem! We are the longest-standing EMS provider on the Central Coast, and certainly a market leader!

As a Trainer in our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness and training sessions to our clients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.

This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. All of our clients are super fun, love coming in and easygoing. There are no egos in our house. Think you'll fit in?

What you'll be doing

• Conduct one-on-two group training sessions using our state-of-the-art EMS (electro-muscular stimulation) technology
• Create and implement personalised training programs based on each client's fitness level and goals
• Provide guidance, motivation and support to clients to ensure they get the most out of their training sessions
• Maintain accurate client records and progress tracking
• Assist with the promotion and marketing of the studio and its services
• Continuously develop your own skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum cert 3, ideally cert 4 in fitness. Anything stronger is a bonus!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology and injury prevention
• Passion for health and fitness, and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small and enthusiastic team, but also responsible enough to run your own schedule effectively unsupervised
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
