    The Strength Agenda is a strength and health coaching studio specialising in training women, particularly those in perimenopause and menopause. We provide personalised strength training, education and long-term support to help women feel strong, confident and capable at every stage of life.

    We are looking for an experienced Personal Trainer or Strength Coach who is passionate about women’s health, strength training and evidence-based coaching. This role is ideal for someone who coaches with heart, communicates with professionalism and enjoys building strong client relationships.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Deliver high quality personal training and small group strength sessions

    • Support our clients with strength programming tailored to their physiological and lifestyle needs

    • Coach with empathy, clear communication and strong technical skills

    • Provide personalised guidance and track client progress

    • Contribute to client retention through trust, consistency and care

    • Work collaboratively with the coaching team and uphold studio values

    • Maintain high standards of professionalism and client experience

    What We Are Looking For

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in personal training or strength coaching

    • Experience or strong interest in training women and understanding midlife physiology

    • Confident with coaching technique, movement quality and safety

    • Warm, reliable and able to build rapport quickly

    • Values driven, ethical and committed to coaching excellence

    • Motivated to continue learning and growing as a coach

    Required Qualifications

    • Certificate IV in Fitness

    • Senior First Aid and CPR

    • Additional experience in strength and conditioning or women’s health is desirable
