    Join The Strength Agenda – Empower Women, Build Strength, Create Change

    Location: Wareemba / Abbotsford/ Five Dock/ Drummoyne Canada Bay Area 
    Hours: Saturday mornings 6am–12pm, with opportunity for weekday growth

    At The Strength Agenda, we do more than train bodies - we empower women to feel strong, confident, and capable for life.

    We’re a boutique strength and health coaching studio specialising in strength centric personal training and women’s health - including perimenopause and menopause coaching. We’re now looking for an experienced, heart-led coach to join our team. Someone who’s not just here to coach a session, but to connect, educate, and make a real difference in women’s lives.

    What You’ll Do

    • Deliver high-quality personal training and small-group sessions

    • Support women 40+ with evidence-based strength and conditioning programs

    • Coach with empathy and precision , meeting each client where they are

    • Contribute to programming, client retention, and community engagement

    • Bring curiosity and care to every interaction - we value connection as much as coaching

    You’ll Love This Role If You:

    • Believe health and fitness should empower and be tailored to the individual in each phase of life

    • Have experience (or strong interest) in women’s health, perimenopause, or menopause coaching

    • Are self-motivated, reliable, and value continuous learning and communicate with warmth, professionalism, and authenticity

    • Want to be part of a genuine, ethical, community-driven studio not a big-box gym or franchise.

      What You’ll Need

    • Cert IV in Fitness (minimum)

    • Senior First Aid & CPR

    • A proven track record in 1:1 coaching with women 35+  

    • Saturday morning availability (6am–12pm)

    • Bonus: experience in women’s health coaching
