    Front of House / Social Media / Content Creator – The Yard Gym Kew

    30 hours per week | Monday to Saturday

    Lead the Member Experience at Our Award‑Winning Kew Studio

    The Yard Gym Kew is looking for an organised, energetic, and people‑focused Front of House Coordinator to lead the member experience at our premium boutique studio. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service, strong sales performance, and on‑brand content.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Front of House Operations

    • Welcome members with a warm, professional presence

    • Manage check‑ins, opening procedures, and smooth session flow

    • Conduct gym tours and handovers to the coaching team

    • Oversee Crèche operations for the 9:30am class

    • Maintain a clean, organised, premium‑standard environment

    Social Media & Content Creation

    • Capture authentic moments on the gym floor - members, coaches, energy

    • Film and edit short‑form content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)

    • Confidently shoot group training and behind‑the‑scenes content

    • Edit using CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Pro

    • Write engaging captions and respond to messages/comments

    • Stay across trends and create fast‑turnaround content when opportunities arise

    Sales, CRM & Administration

    • Manage lead calls, follow‑ups, and trial conversions

    • Execute in‑person sales using Mindbody

    • Maintain CRM accuracy and oversee the full customer journey

    • Handle membership and account enquiries

    • Update dashboards and support daily communication with the coaching team

    Client Experience & Wellness Facilities

    • Deliver exceptional customer service and support

    • Address feedback with professionalism and care

    • Manage enquiries and bookings for saunas and recovery areas

    • Ensure all wellness spaces are maintained to a high standard

    Who You Are

    • A confident communicator with a friendly, polished presence

    • Highly organised, reliable, and proactive

    • Passionate about health, fitness, and creating exceptional experiences

    • Comfortable with admin, systems (Mindbody, Microsoft Office, Canva), and multitasking

    • Skilled in video filming, photography, and editing

    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and engagement drivers

    • Confident with face‑to‑face sales and relationship building

    • Previous customer service or FOH experience (fitness preferred)

    Availability:

    • Mon–Fri 5:30am–11:00am

    • Sat 6:30am–10:30am
