    The Yard Gym Kew is hiring. We’re looking for an exceptional Strength & Conditioning/Fitness Coach who is passionate about health, wellness, and helping people become their strongest selves.     About the Role

    We are seeking a driven, energetic coach to join our Kew team, with opportunities to collaborate across both Kew and Heidelberg.

    Hours: 20–30 hours per week Availability: Monday to Saturday (mornings + afternoons) Start: Immediate

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver high‑quality group strength & conditioning sessions with confidence and presence

    • Uphold coaching, brand, and floor standards every session

    • Engage with trials, new members, and the wider community

    • Support, mentor, and collaborate with other coaches

    • Work closely with management on retention, growth, and member experience

    • Contribute to a positive, high‑energy gym culture that members feel connected to

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Cert IV in Fitness (or higher)

    • Level 1 Strength & Conditioning (preferred)

    • Current First Aid

    • Minimum 2 years coaching experience (attitude and passion matter most)

    • Strong knowledge of training principles, equipment, and exercise science
