About the Role
We are seeking a driven, energetic coach to join our Kew team, with opportunities to collaborate across both Kew and Heidelberg.
Hours: 20–30 hours per week Availability: Monday to Saturday (mornings + afternoons) Start: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality group strength & conditioning sessions with confidence and presence
Uphold coaching, brand, and floor standards every session
Engage with trials, new members, and the wider community
Support, mentor, and collaborate with other coaches
Work closely with management on retention, growth, and member experience
Contribute to a positive, high‑energy gym culture that members feel connected to

Qualifications & Experience
Cert IV in Fitness (or higher)
Level 1 Strength & Conditioning (preferred)
Current First Aid
Minimum 2 years coaching experience (attitude and passion matter most)
Strong knowledge of training principles, equipment, and exercise science
