Strength & Conditioning Coach
We're a high-performing team that values excellence, collaboration, accountability and community. We are looking for someone who brings energy to every session, takes pride in their craft and is genuinely invested in helping our members, their fellow coaches and the studio succeed.
Why join TYG Kew?
A premium boutique training environment with world-class facilities.
Ongoing professional development, monthly upskilling and genuine career progression.
Best-in-class remuneration, flexible hours and complimentary TYG membership.
Access to our recovery and wellness space.
Opportunities to contribute to programming, studio initiatives and the member experience.
A supportive, ambitious team that values high standards, shared success and continuous improvement.
About the role
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Availability: Monday to Saturday, mornings and afternoons
Start: Immediate
You'll deliver high-quality strength and conditioning sessions, uphold coaching and brand standards, build genuine relationships with members and contribute to the ongoing growth of our studio.
But this role goes beyond coaching the session. We want someone who actively contributes to the team, brings ideas forward, takes initiative and looks for ways to make our studio and member experience even better.
Who we're looking for
Team-first attitude: You understand that a high-performing team is built on mutual support, accountability and a shared commitment to excellence.
Collaborative mindset: You communicate openly, share knowledge, welcome feedback and actively contribute to team discussions and ideas.
Initiative and ownership: You don't simply wait for direction. You identify opportunities, offer solutions and follow through.
Community-driven: You genuinely care about our members, build meaningful relationships and help create an environment where people feel connected and supported.
Growth-minded: You're eager to learn, develop your coaching skills and challenge yourself and those around you to keep improving.
High standards: You take pride in your preparation, coaching delivery, professionalism and the details that create an exceptional member experience.
Positive energy: You bring enthusiasm, maturity and a solutions-focused attitude, even when things get busy or challenging.
Attitude is everything. We're looking for someone who celebrates team wins, supports their fellow coaches, contributes ideas and understands that everyone plays a part in shaping the culture of our studio.
At TYG, we train together as a team each week. Our team sessions are an opportunity to connect, build relationships and invest in our own development. We want someone who embraces this, contributes to our team culture and understands that we get better by working together.
We're not looking for someone who simply turns up, coaches their classes and leaves. We're looking for someone who wants to have a voice, make an impact and help build something exceptional.

Minimum two years' coaching experience.
Level 1 Strength & Conditioning qualification preferred.
