    We’re looking for a coach who wants to grow with an established business.


    This role suits someone who wants to build financial stability, professional credibility, and long term momentum through their work.

    This is an employed role (not contractor-based).
 Remuneration is aligned with experience and discussed during the interview process.

    Who This Role is For

    You are:

    • Cert IV in Fitness (minimum)

    • Current First Aid & CPR certification

    • An Australian permanent resident or citizen

    • 4+ years’ experience coaching in both small group and 1:1 personal training

    • Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of movement quality, strength training, and progression

    • Confident leading sessions in a calm, professional manner

    • Reliable, organised, and accountable

    • Open to feedback and invested in continually improving your craft

    • Comfortable working within systems and clear policies

    • A coach who takes ownership of their role and understands that opportunity grows with contribution

    This is not a side hustle or a stepping stone.
    It’s a professional, long-term role.

    Availability and Expectations

    Role Requirements:

    • Be available for peak and off-peak hours in line with member demand

    • Support members across small group and 1:1 training within a structured, appointment-based model

    • Work within rosters scheduled based on availability, performance, and business needs

    • Take initiative to support session delivery, member engagement, and service demand

    • Consistently demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and high-quality coaching
