Boxing and Strength Coach | Brand New UBX Studio | Aura Sunshine Coast

UBX Aura is opening soon, and we are looking for passionate coaches to join our team from day one.

We are a Boxing and Strength studio built around real coaching, great energy and helping everyday people feel fitter, stronger and more confident.

This role would suit someone who loves working with people, brings energy to the gym floor and wants to be part of building a strong community from the ground up.

What the role involves:

• Coaching members through UBX Boxing and Strength sessions

• Helping members with technique, confidence and motivation

• Creating a welcoming and positive training environment

• Supporting new members as they get started

• Being part of our launch team as we build UBX Aura

• Opportunity for growth and to build a client base within UBX Aura

What we are looking for:

• Cert III in Fitness minimum

• Cert IV in Fitness preferred

• Current First Aid and CPR

• Boxing or group training experience is a bonus

• Confident, friendly and great with people

• Reliable, coachable and willing to be part of a team

Availability:

We are looking for coaches across early mornings, afternoons, evenings and Saturday mornings.

Our main staffed coaching hours will be:

5:30am to 9:30am weekdays
4:30pm to 7:30pm weekdays
Saturday mornings

Pay:

Floor coaching hours are paid at $35 per hour, with additional paid opportunities available for 1:1 PT sessions.

UBX Aura is a brand new gym opening in the Aura community. We are locally owned by Mitch and Courtney and we are building a gym that feels welcoming, supportive and high-energy from the moment members walk in.
