Membership Advisor - RIVAL GYM CASTLE HILL

We’re looking for a driven, confident Membership Advisor who’s hungry to grow our community and make an impact. If you’ve got energy, personality, and a genuine passion for helping people start their fitness or martial arts journey - this is your chance.

About the Role

As a Membership Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for all new and potential members, guiding them from enquiry to sign-up. You’ll actively promote Rival Gym’s classes, build genuine connections, and convert interest into memberships.
This role is all about creating excitement, driving sales, and building relationships that last.

Position: Full-Time
Location: Rival Gym Castle Hill

What You’ll Do

• Convert leads and walk-ins into new memberships through confident, consultative sales conversations.

• Provide an exceptional first impression, in person, over the phone, and via social media.

• Showcase deep knowledge of Rival Gym’s classes, programs, and promotions.

• Use social media and local marketing to attract new members and boost brand visibility.

• Support day-to-day operations (member check-ins, admin, restocking, cleanliness).

• Represent Rival Gym with professionalism, energy, and passion at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability OR strong interest in sales, customer service, or fitness consulting.

• A results-driven mindset with excellent communication and follow-up skills.

• Confident, outgoing personality that connects easily with people.

• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

• Passion for fitness, martial arts, or helping others improve their lifestyle.
