    About the Role

    We’re a martial arts-focused commercial gym looking for an experienced Muay Thai coach to join our team and help build something bigger.

    This isn’t just about running classes. We want someone who’s hungry to lead, grow, and eventually manage a team of Muay Thai coaches as we expand.

    What You’ll Do

    • Coach high-quality Muay Thai classes for all levels

    • Create effective class structures that keep members progressing

    • Potential to mentor and develop junior coaches

    We’re Looking For

    • Experienced Muay Thai coach (2+ years preferred)

    • Confident teaching beginners through to fighters

    • Strong communication & leadership skills

    • Bonus: Fight experience highly regarded but not essential
