💼 The Role

This is a hybrid role where you’ll deliver high-quality PT sessions while helping drive the growth of the studio.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering 20–25 one-on-one Personal Training sessions per week

• Managing new client enquiries, consultations, and sign-ups

• Leading local marketing and community outreach initiatives

• Creating and posting engaging social media content

• Working to clear KPIs and supporting overall business success

• Playing a key role in the leadership team and business planning

🎯 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who wants more than just session delivery.

You’ll need:

• Certificate IV in Fitness (essential)

• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service

• Confidence using social media to generate leads

• High energy, accountability, and a genuine interest in people

• Current First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

💰 What’s In It For You

• $40–$47.50/hour during your fully paid 12-week onboarding

• After onboarding: $60K base salary + uncapped commission and performance bonuses

• Long-term career pathway to Studio Manager and Franchise Owner ($120K–$250K+)

• 100+ hours of paid development in your first 3 months
