About the Role

This is a full-time coaching position within a structured and supportive environment.

You will begin building your client base inside a proven system, with the goal of progressing toward a 35-hour per week personal training schedule as you develop.

You will:

• Deliver 1:1 personal training sessions while growing your weekly hours

• Coach primarily 40+ clients committed to long-term lifestyle change

• Conduct small group sessions and studio events

• Provide structured programming, accountability and progression

• Develop your coaching, communication and leadership skills

• Progress through a clear career pathway toward senior, management or ownership roles

You won’t be left to “figure it out.”
You will be developed, mentored and supported as you grow.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a Certificate IV in Fitness (required)

• Have current First Aid & CPR

• Hold a valid Working With Children Check

• Be motivated to build toward a full professional PT schedule

• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and a strong work ethic

• Have a genuine interest in nutrition and long-term client outcomes

Experience is preferred but not essential.

What matters most is your attitude, consistency and ambition to grow.
