About the Role

We’re looking for TWO foundation trainers to join our Mosman team and ONE Trainer to join our St Ives team.

• The right candidates will have future opportunities for mentoring into management and even business ownership.

As a foundation Mosman Personal Trainer at Vision, you will:

• Assist the owners in community outreach and pre-sale marketing initiatives

• Inspire and coach members to achieve life-long health & fitness results

• Deliver 1:1 personal training sessions and small group sessions

• Educate clients on exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle choices

• Assist in client acquisition, brand awareness and sales

• Build your own client database with the support of our systems

• Track client progress weekly and celebrate wins

• Be part of a vibrant, friendly, community-driven studio

• Have the opportunity to be a part of a growing business from the ground up

Who We’re Looking For:

Qualified PTs

(You have a tertiary Australian recognised qualification in Personal Training):

• Ready to hit the ground running with clients

• Enthusiastic about building a thriving PT business

• Passionate about guiding members to long-term success

• Motivated to excel in your career in fitness

• Positive, driven, and people-focused

What you need to apply

The essentials:

• You must have an Australian recognised qualification in Personal Training

• Current, in date First Aid and CPR Certificate

• Employee Working with Children Check

What you will need to obtain (if not already):

• Fitness Registration with a fitness governing body

• Level 1 Trainer Boxing Qualification

• Pre-and Postnatal qualification
