This is more than just a teaching role - this is an opportunity to lead, inspire, and grow with a thriving wellness brand. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that every Wildsoul Wellness studio delivers high-quality, transformative experiences to our members.

What You'll be Doing:

• Deliver world-class Pilates classes that embody the Wildsoul philosophy.
• Develop and oversee class programming to maintain consistency and excellence across all studios.
• Train and mentor new and existing teachers, fostering ongoing professional development.
• Educate and guide franchisees on class timetabling, staff performance, and attendance growth.
• Lead the Wildsoul Wellness accreditation program, ensuring all teachers meet our high standards.
• Support new studio openings by onboarding teachers with Wildsoul-specific training.
• Inspire and elevate the Wildsoul community with your expertise, energy, and leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• A certified Pilates instructor with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring teachers.
• A deep understanding of class programming, scheduling, and engagement strategies.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for wellness, movement, and creating a wildly good experience for every client.
