The Promoter is: HealthyPeople Recruitment P/L (ABN 71 132 432 190) trading as FITREC.
Entry is only open to FITREC Registered professionals.
To enter participants must share an image of themselves wearing their FITREC T-Shirt on their social media account AND tag FITREC - Eligible platforms are Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

Prizes: Each prize consists of one (1) 12-month Professional registration with FITREC.
The total value of the one (1) 12-month FITREC Registration is $120. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. Individual prizes are transferable but not exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth.
An active FITREC registration is required for entry.
The closing date for entry will be 14th April 2023. After this date, no further entries to the promotion will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend The Giveaway if, in its sole judgement, The Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants via FITREC Circle as soon as possible by the promoter.
Winners will be chosen at random by software provided by the promoter from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents in the week after entries close.
The winner will be notified by social media (and phone/email if those details are available) on the day of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. HealthyPeople shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
The promoter will notify the winner when and the prize has been added to the registration expiry.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
By entering the promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless HealthyPeople Recruitment P/L, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection The promotion or the acceptance of the prize.
Entry into the promotion will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
