Role Summary:
As the FOH, you will be the face of The Yard Gym Heidelberg, responsible for creating a welcoming and organised atmosphere. Your duties will include handling administrative and account inquiries, managing membership and lead calls, overseeing social media accounts, ensuring the cleanliness of the gym, and maintaining an immaculate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front of House Operations:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in process efficiently.
- Conduct tours for potential members, showcasing the gym’s facilities.
- Coordinate handovers to the coaching team.
- Manage Crèche operations for the daily 9.30am class.
- Ensure smooth exit experience for clients after their sessions.
2. Administrative Duties:
- Handle account and membership inquiries.
- Manage lead calls and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and update the dashboard to track site location activities.
3. Social Media Management:
- Oversee the gym’s social media accounts.
- Create engaging content to promote The Yard Gym Heidelberg.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Ensure the gym and amenities are clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Perform regular cleaning duties to keep all areas immaculate.
5. Client Experience:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Address client concerns and feedback with professionalism and care.
6. Health & Wellness Area:
- Handle inquiries and bookings for Saunas, Ice Baths and recovery areas.
- Ensure health and wellness facilities are well maintained and prepared for each member's visit.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales and social media management.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Must have own transport.
- Qualifications in Fitness (completed or currently studying) are desirable.
Shift Times: Monday to Friday: 4.45 am - 11.00 am
