A most Cost-effective recruitment solution

Recruitment is a cost of doing business, but it is possible to keep the cost low.

The secret sauce is connecting with recently active candidates. 🤫

If you need to recruit, prefer to avoid recruiting under duress, and are open to reaching out to recently active candidates, the following is an extremely cost-effective approach.

1️⃣ First up, you’ll need to grab a monthly membership for $26.*

Rest easy: There is no minimum term, and if desired, cancellation is easy. And even if you’re unable to use the membership right away, the value of the membership is not lost, as a result of our new credit system.

Your recruitment prospects improve from day one:

  • You’ll get immediate access to currently featured candidates, as well as any that become available in the month

  • Your membership adds a credit to your account for use in ads and searches (in this example, we’ll be using the searches)

  • Even if you cancel your membership, any unused credits remain on your account for future use.

2️⃣ Try a few practice searches

Assuming that the credit applied to your account is the first one you have, it’s not enough to use yet (we need two), but it doesn’t stop us from upskilling on the platform. For our cost-effective recruitment, we’re sticking to the profile search, but it’s a good idea to get familiar with all the search options.

3️⃣ Search for candidates in your area

  • DO NOT use any search term like 'Personal Trainer'. This ensures you get a list of the most recently active professionals in the system, in order of when they were last active.**

  • Use the 'Could be a match for' job categories*** and hide any that don't look suitable (click on the eye with the cross through it)

  • When you're happy with the 15 provided, head to the top of the list and use your two credits to purchase access

BOOM! You’re connecting with recently active candidates in your area who look like a match for your business.

Rinse and repeat. Remember, even if you don’t look for a few months, the membership credits accumulate and remain available for you as needed.

* You can always buy a 10-pack of credits and use them as desired. I still advise playing around with the search tool before purchasing, just to get a feel for things.

** Obviously, you could search 'personal trainer', but for two credits, you're only tapping into those that include that phrase in their HealthyPeople bio. Also, results on search terms are presented in order of closest match, rather than most recently active, which is the goal in this example.

*** ‘Could be a match for’ job categories are based on the contents of the candidate’s CV, not what they’ve included in their HealthyPeople profile.
