The successful candidate will need to have a minimum Certificate 3 in Fitness, a flexible roster (afternoons and weekends are a must) and the ability to work at multiple locations. Full training will be provided so experience is not a necessity, however, a positive attitude and a passion for helping people are essential. This role also offers the option to establish and operate your own personal training business within the club.
Your duties will cover a variety of aspects including:
- Customer service & club culture
- Gym instruction & orientations
- Gym hygiene and cleaning practices
- Membership sales & renewals
- administration and member services
- The outlook to establish a PT business
To be considered:
You need to be motivated, energetic, have excellent people skills and you must possess the following essentials:
- Certificate III in Fitness (Gym Instructor)
- Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- A passion for health & fitness
- A very strong work ethic & dedication to the role
- Flexibility with working hours and locations
- An ABN & COVID safe training will be required
