As the new Club Manager of Athleta Gymnastics you will be responsible for the organisation and day to day running and growth of the facility and its staff.

As the club Manager you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills in various areas such as:

• Daily function and maximisation of gym floor
• Child protection policies
• Manage and coordinate programs and staff rosters
• Contribute to Athleta and coach standards
• Continue Growth of club and hit monthly targets
• Staff Management
• Communicating and Managing Parental Expectations
• Creating and delivering fun and challenging programs

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves working with different people and personalities
• Believes in coaching and developing their team
• Enjoys Working with and around Children
• Is always looking to provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service
• Actively engages all Coaches, Gymnasts, staff and Parents.
• Strives to hit their targets and knows how to drive operational and financial performance.
• Possess a positive CAN DO attitude
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written

Essential requirements for position:

• Current first aid, and CPR certificates
• Working with Children’s check
• Police Check
