Fitness Cartel Tweed Heads is looking for a Membership Consultant to start immediately to be a part of our AMAZING CLUB and join our Super-Star team at our newly upgraded Super Club!

The role involves lead generation and driving activity to achieve results. You will actively seek new business for the club, whilst representing the Gym in a positive and professional manner.
As a Membership Consultant, your primary responsibility will be achieving individual and team goals and targets as set out by the Directors and Club Managers.
To be successful you must:
- 1-2 years Sales Experience (in MC role is preferred)
- Experience in a KPI driven environment
- MUST be hungry to earn $$$
- Have a passion for Health and Fitness
- Desire to progress and grow within the company/industry
- Want growth within the company and industry
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Experience in Pro Active Lead Generation and outreach
- Be seeking Full-Time Work and able to work weekends
