We are the Original NSW BFT Studio operating for nearly 4 years in the CBD and have a thriving community and dedicated trainers. BFT is Australia’s fastest-growing network, having over 220 studios open worldwide and boasting the best science-backed group training on the market.

BFT incorporates technology and scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of 50-minute training sessions.

These sessions are run by accredited coaches in a fast-paced group environment.

About the Role:

Our trainers are integral to everything we do - bringing energy, confidence and a fun attitude to help us grow our Town Hall studio and to keep our members and prospects loving every second of it. We want you to take charge of the room to create a culture and experience that'll elevate our community miles above the rest!

As our Head Trainer, you will be in charge of maintaining the BFT standard among members and trainers and work with our trainers to nail in-studio processes. You will have a large presence on our social media to reach out to the people of Town Hall with hours allocated for content creation. Identifying prospects and leading them through their trial journey and into a membership is another key part of this role and you will have the opportunity to earn through commissions and bonuses as you make sales and retain members.

Day-to-day you'll be responsible for the delivery of BFT programs. With over 13 class types on offer, you must be able to clearly and confidently manage large, dynamic groups, while also providing individual attention to members across each session.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive member engagement and foster positive relationships with all members
  • Lead and assist in exercise demonstration and delivery of daily programs
  • Create a class environment that is a high energy, interactive and inclusive of all
  • Maintain a high standard of studio presentation, including equipment set up and pack down when needed, cleaning and notification of maintenance items
  • Follow the sales process with appropriate reporting to management
  • Create content for social media and members groups
  • Reach monthly KPIs for sales and retention

About You:

You'll have the personality, possess the knowledge, and be equipped with the skills and experience needed to coach others and deliver an exceptional training experience. This will include:

  • Certificates 3 and 4 in Fitness
  • Experience in Group Training and/or Personal Training
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • Value great customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work well in a team
  • An obsession with fitness and wellness, as well as confidence, energy and a desire to have fun
  • Demonstrate the ability to follow processes
